Sales Engineer Speciality Coatings - Midlands - £25k - £35k My client is one of the UK’s market leaders in the surface coatings industry. They have a strong presence throughout the world by operating within a global group. The company is currently undergoing fantastic growth with current turnover of £1.6million. They are currently seeking a sales engineer to cover the UK due to rapid expansion. JOB TITLE: Sales Engineer AREA: UK BASED: Midlands BASIC SALARY: £25-30K OTE: Neg BENEFITS: Company Car (Honda Accord Exec), Private Healthcare Package, Laptop, Mobile Phone. THE COMPANY * Provide the largest range of surface coatings for different industrial uses * Current turnover of around £1.6m and is going through major domestic growth. * They have established presence across the world. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE: * A strong character which must be evident at interview stage. * Experience selling (2-3years) with drive and ambition to achieve. * Candidates who have sold coatings (ideally fluropolymer coatings) into pharmaceutical, engineering, packaging and food & beverage industries. THE ROLE * The role involves generating new sales from existing industry knowledge of the coatings marketplace (100% new business) * The successful candidate will be dealing directly with managing directors and supervisors. * Fantastic opportunities for progression with senior management having progressed through this role.
